Assume a fighting stance

To guard in a Tiger stance both hands up

1.   Step out to left forward stance executing a left back fist

2.   Right middle section punch

3.   Step out to right forward stance executing a right back fist Right back fist

4.   Left middle section punch

5.   Circle block

6.   Chamber hands at right hip do left leg roundhouse kick

7.   Right middle section punch

8.   Right front snap kick

9.   Left middle section punch
