Assume Horse stance

1.   Left elbow strike up

2.   Right elbow strike up

3.   Left elbow strike across

4.   Right elbow strike across

5.   Right augmented elbow strike to the rear

6.   Left augmented elbow strike to the rear

7.   Bring left foot across right foot turn clockwise 180 degrees step out with the right foot to a hose stance

8.   Right augmented elbow strike to the rear

9.   Left augmented elbow strike to the rear.  Bring left foot across right foot turn clockwise 180 degrees step out with the right foot to a horse stance

    10.  Right augmented elbow strike to the rear

    11.  Left augmented elbow strike to the rear. kihap
